поддерживать чистоту и порядок в помещениях пищеблока (цехах, моечной, подсобных помещениях) в соответствии с санитарными требованиями; мыть кухонную посуду, инвентарь, оборудование, разделочные доски, противни, кастрюли, подносы и др., правильно применять моющие и дезинфицирующие средства; проводить влажную уборку производственных и вспомогательных помещений, мыть полы, стены, стеллажи, рабочие поверхности; собирать и выносить пищевые и хозяйственные отходы в специально отведённые места, следить за заполнением контейнеров и своевременным их удалением; доставлять продукты и полуфабрикаты со склада к месту приготовления пищи, перемещать тару, ёмкости, упаковки в пределах пищеблока; выполнять первичную обработку продуктов: мыть овощи, фрукты, зелень; очищать и нарезать овощи (при необходимости и по указанию повара); вскрывать тару (коробки, банки, мешки), аккуратно подготавливать продукты к дальнейшей обработке; помогать повару в рамках своей квалификации: подготавливать заготовки, соблюдать маркировку инвентаря и ёмкостей, контролировать раздельное хранение; следить за исправностью и чистотой уборочного инвентаря, своевременно сообщать о его износе или поломке; соблюдать правила личной гигиены, использовать спецодежду, головные уборы и перчатки согласно требованиям для пищеблока; строго соблюдать требования СанПиН, нормы охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и внутреннего распорядка школы; участвовать в генеральных уборках пищеблока по графику; при необходимости замещать других работников пищеблока на период их временного отсутствия (по приказу директора и в рамках допустимых функций).
