Ведет и оформляет протоколы тренерских советов и родительских собраний. Ведет учет, прием протоколов контрольно-переводных нормативов. Готовит и оформляет документы на присвоение разрядов. Ведет учет протоколов выступлений занимающихся Учреждения на соревнованиях различного уровня. Обеспечивает проведение мероприятий в соответствии с планом работы. Осуществляет помощь в организации и проведении спортивно-массовых мероприятий Учреждения. Планирует, организовывает, координирует и осуществляет контроль тренировочного процесса по видам спорта. Осуществляет анализ контрольных данных о соответствии количества занимающихся в группах нормам комплектования в соответствии с федеральными стандартами спортивной подготовки и базовыми требованиями. Осуществляет работу по составлению и заполнению отчетных форм документации, необходимой для формирования отчета по выполнению государственного задания на оказание государственных услуг и выполнение работ спортивной школы. Проводит анализ контрольных данных о посещаемости занятий в группах. Осуществляет координацию работы за правильной организацией медицинского контроля за занимающимися. Проводит анализ контрольных данных по организации медицинского контроля здоровья занимающихся, ведет базу данных занимающихся, прошедших медицинский осмотр. Осуществляет работу по корректировке плановых показателей состава групп исходя из посещаемости и количества желающих заниматься в соответствующих группах в соответствии с утвержденными программами. Ведет анализ данных статистического учета результатов работы отделений по видам спорта по утвержденным формам. Участвует в разработке программ в соответствии с федеральными стандартами спортивной подготовки и технологическими регламентами по видам спорта и осуществляет анализ выполнения программ. Участвует в подготовке и проведении мастер-классов, круглых столов, семинаров со специалистами организаций, осуществляющих деятельность в области физической культуры и спорта, по вопросам внедрения новых направлений в развитии спорта. Осуществляет работу с родителями и (или) законными представителями занимающихся. Участвует в планировании и организации работы по проведению мероприятий по повышению квалификации тренеров. Осуществляет работу в составе тренерских, методических советов, других формах методической работы. Осуществляет методическую помощь тренерам в заполнении журналов учета групповых занятий. Осуществляет формирование совместно с тренерами календарного плана физкультурных мероприятий и спортивных мероприятий по видам спорта и осуществляет контроль их выполнения. Осуществляет работу по формированию сопроводительных документов по организации и проведению физкультурных мероприятий и спортивных мероприятий. Осуществляет организацию и проведение в Учреждении физкультурных мероприятий и спортивных мероприятий по видам спорта .
