Вакансия компании ООО "Сервис Плюс" Обслуживание офисных помещений. Обязанности: - Качественная уборка офисов в помещении класса "А": рабочих кабинетов, входных тамбуров, холлов, коридоров, лестниц, санузлов, гардеробных и др. мест общего пользования. - 50% рабочего времени занимает комплексная и качественная уборка помещений кабинетов руководителей и их помощников (кабинеты руководства, переговорные, коридоры, зоны ожидания) с соблюдением повышенных стандартов чистоты. - Сухая и влажная уборка напольных покрытий, обеспыливание мебели, декоративных элементов, светильников и других поверхностей. - Бережное очищение и полировка мебели из натурального дерева, мрамора, гранита, кожаной обивки, хрусталя, хромированных и зеркальных элементов. - Тщательная санитарная обработка санузлов. - Пополнение расходных материалов (туалетная бумага, бумажные полотенца, жидкое мыло, освежители воздуха) и контроль их наличия. - Поддержание безупречного вида приемной руководителей в течение всей смены. - Использование профессиональной химии и оборудования строго по инструкции. Требования: - Аккуратность, чистоплотность и внимание к деталям. - Способность сохранять спокойствие в ситуациях, когда нужно оперативно отреагировать на непредвиденные обстоятельства. - Ответственность и умение соблюдать стандарты качества. - Опыт в клининговой сфере и уборке помещений зоны размещения руководителей и их помощников. Условия: - Предоставление работодателем профессионального инвентаря, моющих и защитных средств. - Методологическая поддержка руководством службы клининга. - Удобное расположение объекта, офис в пешей доступности от м. Маяковская (3 мин. пешком). - График работы: 2/2, рабочий день с 7:00 до 21:00. - Официальное трудоустройство. - Своевременная выплата заработной платы.
