Производить периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых помещений, спальных корпусов, зданий, сооружений, оборудования, инвентаря и механизмов. Производить мелкий ремонт, техническое обслуживание, окрашивание, склеивание, оштукатуривание стен, потолков, полов, крыш, изготовление и замена ремонтно-строительных, столярных изделий и.т.п. Мелкий ремонт и техническое обслуживание систем отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, водостоков, теплоснабжения, вентиляции, кондиционирования воздуха, монтаж, демонтаж и мелкий ремонт электросетей и электрооборудования с выполнением электротехнических слесарных, паяльных работ. Производить устранение неисправности, повреждений по заявкам. Выполнять различные подсобные работы (переноска мебели, материалов и.т.д.). При производстве работ строго руководствоваться предусмотренными инструкциями по эксплуатации и применению оборудования, штукатурно-столярных изделий, электро-сантехнических правил. Содержать в исправном состоянии оборудование, средства малой механизации и инструменты. Содержать в чистоте рабочее место, производить послеремонтную уборку в помещениях, где производили ремонт. При выполнении всех видов работ, соблюдать все меры личной и общественной безопасности, правила ТБ, ППБ и правила внутреннего трудового распорядка

Работник должен знать: Требование производственной санитарии, правила охраны труда, ТБ и ППБ. Технические характеристики и правила эксплуатации оборудования. Технологические условия на столярные изделия. Составы и свойства штукатурных растворителей, клеев и.т.п. Паяльных, электротехнических и сантехнических работ. Приёмы и виды материалов, применяемых при их ведении. Назначение и устройство инструментов, приспособлений, механизмов и оборудования при ведении работ
