-Обеспечивает информирование граждан персонифицированной информацией по предоставлению мер социальной защиты (поддержки), социальных услуг, социальных гарантий, выплат и условий их назначения. - Координирует работу операторов единого контакт - центра взаимодействия с гражданами и обеспечивает их бесперебойную работу. - Осуществляет мониторинг и контроль качества обслуживания граждан операторами, взаимодействие с операторами и управление их расписанием (статусом). - Прогнозирует нагрузку на единый контакт - центра взаимодействия с гражданами (далее - ЕКЦ) на основании статистической информации по заданным периодам. - Проводит мониторинг и контроль качества выполнения основных показателей эффективности деятельности ЕКЦ. - Осуществляет сбор предложений операторов для внесения изменений в экспертную систему ЕКЦ и передачу их контент-менеджеру экспертной системы ЕКЦ участника информирования. - Ведет справочник контрактов, предназначенного для ведения списка типовых контрактов для операторов. - Осуществляет ежедневную аналитику и статистику за текущий рабочий день по закрепленным за операторами с использованием виджетов панели показателей сервиса "Мониторинг и визуализация отчетности" и сервиса "Речевая аналитика" для контроля качества работы операторов и наполнения экспертной системы ЕКЦ. - Актуализирует диалоговые сценарии по итогам ежедневной проверки качества обработки обращений с использованием сервиса Речевая аналитика . - Обеспечивает корректную работу персонала, назначение работников на выполнение определенных работ при возникновении незапланированных или нестандартных ситуаций, при сбоях в общем порядке работы.
