The posting

Формирование врачебного (терапевтического) участка из прикреплённого к нему населения. Профилактические мероприятия по предупреждению и снижению заболеваемости, выявлению ранних и скрытых форм заболеваний, социально значимых болезней и факторов риска их развития. Диагностика и лечение различных заболеваний и состояний в амбулаторных условиях, дневном стационаре и стационаре на дому в соответствии со стандартами медицинской помощи. Оказание неотложной медицинской помощи при острых заболеваниях, травмах, отравлениях и других неотложных состояниях в амбулаторных условиях, дневном стационаре и стационаре на дому. Направление пациентов на консультации к специалистам, в том числе для стационарного и восстановительного лечения по медицинским показаниям. Проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности, представление пациентов на врачебную комиссию, направление пациентов с признаками стойкой утраты трудоспособности для освидетельствования на медико-социальную экспертизу.

Знание и умение: Законодательство в сфере охраны здоровья, нормативные акты, регулирующие деятельность медорганизаций, программы госгарантий, ОМС, трудовое законодательство. Этиологию, патогенез, клиническую картину, дифференциальную диагностику, особенности течения, осложнения и исходы заболеваний внутренних органов. Методику сбора жалоб и анамнеза, проведения физикального обследования (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация). Перечень методов лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, показания к ним и правила интерпретации результатов. Правила оформления медицинской документации (в том числе в электронном виде), работы с персональными данными пациентов и сведениями, составляющими врачебную тайну.
