The posting

1. Составляет график работы среднего и младшего персонала и представляет его на утверждение заведующей отделением. 2. Проводит систематический инструктаж сестер и санитарок и организует практические занятия с ними по утвержденному плану. 3. Контролирует соблюдение медицинской формы одежды и соблюдение правил внутреннего распорядка больными и сотрудниками; 4. Регулярно проверяет надлежащее выполнение медсестрами назначений врача, а также правильное содержание постелей и прикроватных столиков, гигиенический уход за больными и санитарное состояние палат и других помещений медицинского учреждения. 5. Обеспечивает своевременное замещение медсестер и санитарок, не вышедших на работу. 6. Своевременно подает донесения об отсутствующих на работе и о выходе персонала на работу. 7. Повседневно контролирует передачу дежурств средним и младшим медицинским персоналом и проверять правильность обслуживания больных. 8. Наблюдает за точным выполнением персоналом и посетителями установленных правил распорядка посещения больных. 9. Составляет табель работы персонала в отделении в целом. 10. Осуществляет контроль по выявлению педикулеза у поступающих в отделение. 11. Контролирует правильность составления порционных листков на питание больных. 12. Обеспечивает своевременное получение медикаментов и инструментария по требованиям палатных сестер и контролирует соответствующее их распределение и расход. 13. Проверяет наличие и своевременное оформление установленной документации выписываемых из отделения больных. 14. Ведет строгий учет получения, хранения, расходования наркотиков, ядов, сильнодействующих средств и других медикаментов. 15. Регулярно контролирует правильность учета, хранения и расходования ядов, наркотиков, сильнодействующих средств и других медикаментов, спирта и перевязочных средств в соответствии с действующей инструкцией на постах. 16. Несет ответственность за подготовку больного к демонстрации на лекциях и обходах. 17. При участии заведующего отделением оповещает родственников больного о поступлении в медицинское учреждение, о дне и часе выписки, 18. Ведет учет, хранение и регистрацию больничных листов. 19. Журнал учета поступления больных и журнал инфекционных заболеваний. 20. Оформляет документацию на выписку больного 21. В случае необходимости организует транспорт и сопровождающее лицо для выписки пациента.

Условия: Кузнечненская УБ отделение паллиативной помощи 5/2. Ежегодная выплата начинающим специалистам до 35 лет в течение 3-х лет за каждый отработанный год. Возможность получения земельного участка под ИЖС на территории Приозерского района после 5 лет работы.
