Должностные обязанности. 1) Участие в разработке документов правового характера, мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества предприятия. Договорная работа: участие в работе по заключению договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы, контроль исполнения договоров, а также рассмотрении вопросов образования дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. В соответствии с установленным порядком оформление материалов о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. Претензионно-исковая работа, участие в судебных разбирательствах, представительство в судах, надзорных органах и иных органах государственной власти по вопросам деятельности предприятия, участие в исполнительном производстве. Проведение анализа и подготовка заключений по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности предприятия, к проектам нормативных актов и других документов, поступающих на отзыв. Консультирование работников предприятия по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, подготовка заключений, оказание содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно-правового характера. 2) Обеспечение соблюдения подразделениями и должностными лицами общества требований норм действующего законодательства, устава общества, а также других документов, гарантирующих реализацию прав и законных интересов акционеров.

Высшее профессиональное (юридическое) образование (специальная подготовка по корпоративному управлению (желательно), стаж работы по специальности в должностях, замещаемых специалистами с высшим профессиональным образованием, не менее 5 лет.
