Размещение компонентов и трассировка многослойных печатных плат высокой сложности (FPGA/SoC, DDR, JESD204, PCIe, Ethernet, LVDS, GT); Трассировка ВЧ трактов (AD9361, ADRV9008, распределение LO, дифференциальные RF линии, controlled impedance); Разработка структуры слоёв, участие в выборе материалов и согласование параметров с производством; Контроль требований Signal Integrity / Power Integrity: импеданс, длины линий, дифференциальные пары, возвратные токи, размещение decoupling; Подготовка требований к размещению компонентов совместно со схемотехниками и участие в архитектуре печатной платы; Использование технологий высокой плотности монтажа: blind/buried via, microvia, via-in-pad, backdrill при необходимости; Подготовка комплекта производственной документации: Gerber, drill files, stackup, fabrication notes, сборочные файлы; Взаимодействие с производителями печатных плат и контрактными производствами, согласование технологических ограничений; Проведение DFM/DFT анализа, проверка технологичности, участие в подготовке плат к производству; Участие в анализе проблем трассировки и внесение изменений по результатам отладки; При желании: в разработке архитектуры (ТЗ, Э1, Э2), разработка схем принципиальных электрических (Э3), а также погружение в любую из смежных областей разработки встраиваемых систем: архитектура систем, программирование ПЛИС или МК и пр.

Высшее техническое образование в области радиотехники или смежных областях; Опыт трассировки многослойных печатных плат от 3 лет, включая высокоскоростные цифровые интерфейсы (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, JESD, LVDS); опыт трассировки ВЧ трактов и плат на базе FPGA будет преимуществом; Опыт работы в САПР печатных плат (Altium, Allegro, KiCad или аналогичных); Умение выявлять и устранять проблемы после ревью и аппаратной проверки; Опыт взаимодействия с производством и поставщиками для согласования технологических ограничений; Опыт поддержки и обновления внутренних стандартов, библиотек компонентов и правил трассировки; Системное инженерное мышление, способность видеть взаимодействие компонентов платы и тракта в целом; Внимание к деталям и аккуратность при подготовке документации и производственных файлов; Умение работать самостоятельно и принимать решения по трассировке с учётом технологических ограничений; Склонность к аналитической и исследовательской работе, понимание физики сигналов и паразитных эффектов; Ответственность за качество проектирования и соблюдение сроков выпуска плат; Умение эффективно взаимодействовать со схемотехниками, инженерами по ВЧ и производством; Готовность осваивать новые CAD-инструменты и технологии PCB дизайна, включая высокоскоростные и ВЧ трассировки. Необходимые знания и навыки: Знание принципов трассировки многослойных печатных плат, размещение компонентов, разработка stackup; Signal Integrity / Power Integrity: контроль импеданса, дифференциальные пары, возвратные токи, decoupling; Знание требований к трассировке высокоскоростных интерфейсов: DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, JESD204, LVDS, SerDes; Знание основ ВЧ-трассировки: согласование, controlled impedance, изоляция трактов, минимизация паразитных эффектов; Навык работы с переходными отверстиями и слоями: via-стратегии, возвратные токи, backdrill, переходы между слоями; Навыки подготовки производственной документации, учет технологических ограничений и взаимодействие с производством; Английский язык на уровне чтения технической документации; Навык подготовки и выпуска производственных файлов (Gerber, ODB++, drill files, сборочные инструкции); Навык сопровождения существующих проектов, внесения изменений и подготовки ревизий плат.
