Формировать полный комплект расчётно-калькуляционных материалов (РКМ) по государственному оборонному заказу в соответствии с требованиями 275-ФЗ и ПП РФ № 1465. Разрабатывать плановые калькуляции себестоимости продукции ГОЗ, актуализировать цены на сырьё и материалы с учётом индексов-дефляторов и котировок поставщиков Вести раздельный учёт затрат по каждому контракту (ГОЗ / гражданская продукция) для обоснования цены и контроля рентабельности Готовить обоснования цен для головного исполнителя / заказчика, участвовать в согласовании протоколов согласования цен Контролировать выполнение плановых заданий по выпуску продукции ГОЗ в разрезе структурных подразделений Участвовать в формировании бизнес-плана и бюджетов с учётом специфики долгосрочных контрактов по ГОЗ Вести учёт экономических показателей, анализировать отклонения фактических затрат от плановых по статьям себестоимости Готовить периодическую отчётность: внутреннюю (для руководства), внешнюю (по запросу головного исполнителя, военной приёмки) и статистическую (форма 1-ГОЗ, 1-Т) в установленные сроки Взаимодействовать с отделами снабжения, производства и бухгалтерии для сбора данных по прямым и косвенным расходам.

Высшее финансово-экономическое образование (специалитет / магистратура) Опыт работы экономистом в оборонной промышленности, либо на предприятиях работающих с ГОЗ не менее 2 3 лет Глубокое знание 275-ФЗ О государственном оборонном заказе, ПП РФ № 1465 (ценообразование), приказов ФАС (№ 113/20, № 923/18) по методам определения цен Умение составлять калькуляции по типовым статьям затрат с учётом нормативных актов Минпромторга и военной приёмки Владение методикой раздельного учёта результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности по ГОЗ Знание основ бухгалтерского и налогового учёта в части признания доходов/расходов по длительным циклам Понимание стандартов конструкторской документации (ЕСКД) и технических условий для корректного сопоставления номенклатуры и трудоёмкости желательно Продвинутый Excel (сводные таблицы, ВПР, Power Query), 1С:Бухгалтерия (или УПП) опыт формирования отчётов по заказам.
