The posting

Государственная регистрация актов гражданского состояния (рождения, заключения брака, расторжения брака, установления отцовства, усыновления (удочерения), перемены имени, смерти). Восстановление и аннулирование записей актов гражданского состояния . Подготовка ежемесячных, квартальных и годовых отчётов по государственной регистрации актов гражданского состояния. Подготовка вторых экземпляров записей актов гражданского состояния к передаче в управление ЗАГС. Исполнение в установленные сроки поступающей в отдел ЗАГС входящей и исходящей корреспонденции . В отсутствие начальника отдела ЗАГС приём граждан, рассмотрение предложений, заявлений и жалоб граждан, принятие решений в пределах своей компетенции и действующего законодательства. Ведение делопроизводства в отделе ЗАГС. Подготовка повторных свидетельств и иных документов, подтверждающих наличие или отсутствие факта государственной регистрации акта гражданского состояния. Внесение исправлений и изменений в первые экземпляры записи актов гражданского состояния. Учёт, обработка, хранение метрических книг и первых экземпляров записей актов, проведение мероприятий по обеспечению их сохранности. Формирование архивного фонда, электронного фонда записей актов гражданского состояния, обеспечение его учёта, хранения и передачи на сервер управления записи актов гражданского состояния.

Образование ВПО. Опыт работы приветствуется. Требуется владение навыками работы на компьютере и другой оргтехнике.
