Вакансия компании: ООО "КОРРОКОУТ" Компания, занимающаяся продажами антикоррозийных покрытий для промышленных компаний, а также оказанием услуг по нанесению данных антикоррозийных покрытий на поверхность промышленного оборудования. Мы предлагаем: - оформление: в соответствии с ТК РФ; - график: пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 9.00 до 17.30; - заработная плата: 90 000р. - 120 000р. "на руки" (после вычета налогов) определяется по итогам собеседования в зависимости от опыта работы кандидата; -офис расположен м. Римская, м. Площадь Ильича. Чем предстоит заниматься: Поддержка руководителя и работа с клиентами: -помощь руководителю в подготовке коммерческих предложений, отчётов и деловой документации; -подготовка встреч и презентаций для заказчиков, участие в их проведении; -содействие в управлении процессом выполнения задач, контроль сроков и результатов; -общение с потенциальными и действующими клиентами по вопросам документации, ответы на запросы, предоставление информации о продуктах и услугах в рамках тендеров и договоров. Документооборот и отчётность: -ведение документации по продажам и контроль её наличия; -ведение записей в Битрикс и Excel о проделанной работе; -составление отчётов о выполнении планов; -ведение таблицы по заказам в Excel. Тендерная работа (полный цикл): -поиск тендеров, оценка целесообразности участия, изучение требований; -работа с электронными тендерными площадками; -подготовка и подача заявок, контроль сроков и результатов; -подготовка и согласование пакета тендерной документации; -контроль своевременной оплаты обеспечения заявок и исполнения договоров; -контроль возврата денежных средств, внесённых в качестве обеспечения заявок. Административные задачи: -получение и продление электронной подписи для работы на электронных площадках; -актуализация аккредитации на тендерных площадках, документов, лицензий, СРО. Мы ожидаем от кандидата: -опыт работы от шести месяцев с вышеуказанными функциями, либо в аналогичной должности; -высшее образование; -уверенный пользователь ПК; -умение четко и грамотно излагать свои мысли в устной и письменной форме, работать с документацией; приятный располагающий характер и обладание навыками деловой коммуникации.
