Чем предстоит заниматься: Искать потенциальных заказчиков и новые проекты в сфере строительства чистых производственных помещений; Развивать клиентскую базу и выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с представителями промышленных предприятий; Проводить переговоры, выявлять потребности заказчиков и презентовать возможности компании; Организовывать встречи и выезды на предприятия для обсуждения перспектив сотрудничества; Сопровождать проекты на этапах от первичного контакта до согласования дальнейшего взаимодействия; Анализировать рынок и выявлять перспективные направления для развития бизнеса; Выезжать в командировки для встреч с потенциальными заказчиками и поиска новых проектов. Что мы ожидаем от кандидата: Опыт работы в продажах, развитии бизнеса, управлении проектами или привлечении заказчиков; Умение искать новых клиентов, устанавливать деловые контакты и вести переговоры; Навыки развития клиентских отношений и сопровождения коммерческих проектов; Техническое образование или значительный опыт работы в технической сфере; Будет преимуществом опыт работы в промышленном строительстве, микроэлектронике, фармацевтике или в сфере чистых производственных помещений; Готовность к командировкам; Грамотная устная и письменная речь, развитые коммуникативные навыки.
