-Осуществление общего руководства, планирования деятельности подразделения и входящих в его состав подразделений; - Определение потребности в запасных частях, материалах, инструменте, оборудовании, необходимых для организации работы участка. - Участие в организации процесса верификации (входного контроля) товарно-материальных ценностей (далее по тексту - ТМЦ) в сервисном локомотивном депо. - Получение запасных частей, материалов, инструмента, оборудования на складе, обеспечение ими рабочих мест - Обеспечение своевременной подготовки производства, правильной расстановки работников в соответствии с утвержденным технологическим процессом, формирования бригад (их количественного, профессионального и квалификационного состава), соблюдения технологических процессов и устранения причин их нарушения. - Ежесменное назначение выполняемых работ (цикловые /сверхцикловых работ/неплановый ремонт) в автоматизированной системе 1С. При назначении сверхцикловых работ определение необходимости назначения данных работ, недопущение назначения цикловых работ, как сверхцикловых. Обеспечение соответствия затрачиваемых товарно-материальных ценностей (далее по тексту ТМЦ) назначенным работам. - Ежесменная выдача производственных (нормированных) заданий бригадам и отдельным рабочим участка. Контроль их выполнения в срок и с соблюдением технологической дисциплины. - Обеспечение своевременного закрытия нарядов на выполненные работы и контроль правильности их составления. - Приемка локомотивов на плановое сервисное обслуживание и неплановый ремонт. -Организация и проведение сервисного обслуживания локомотивов. Выполнение линейных (сетевых) графиков сервисного обслуживания локомотивов. - Своевременное информирование химико-технической лаборатории о необходимости сбора проб смазки, масел и др. жидкостей с локомотивов, с ёмкостей при их хранении, с испытательного оборудования. - Пооперационная приёмка работ, выполненных в ходе сервисного обслуживания и неплановых ремонтов - Ведение и своевременное внесение информации в журнал ТУ-28 по кругу своих обязанностей. Контроль в течение рабочей смены за наличием отметок исполнителями о выполнении тех или иных работ и принятии новых, контроль исполнения. - Обеспечение ввода в систему АСУ СГ (АРМ Мастер) данных формы ТУ-31, по замерам при проведении ремонта локомотивов в диагностические карты ремонта в окне РМ Локомотивы в депо (Статус) АСУ СГ. - Обеспечение соблюдения на производственном участке утвержденной технологии технического обслуживания, ремонта и испытания подвижного состава железнодорожного транспорта, технологических карт/процессов в соответствии с действующими нормативно-техническими требованиями (в т.ч. ОАО РЖД ), организационно-распорядительными документами ООО ЛокоТех-Сервис .
