Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением в учреждении законодательных и нормативных правовых актов по охране труда, проведением профилактической работы по предупреждению производственного травматизма и профессиональных заболеваний, выполнением мероприятий, направленных на создание здоровых и безопасных условий труда в организации, предоставлением работникам установленных компенсаций по условиям труда; Изучает условия труда на рабочих местах; Совместно с другими подразделениями учреждения проводит работу по специальной оценке условий труда и сертификации рабочих мест и производственного оборудования на соответствие требованиям охраны труда; Информирует работников о состоянии условий и охраны труда на рабочих местах, существующих профессиональных рисках, о полагающихся работникам компенсациях за тяжелую работу, работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда и иными особыми условиями труда и средствах индивидуальной защиты, а также о мерах по защите работников от воздействия опасных и вредных производственных факторов. при приеме на работу, при проведении специальной оценки условий труда. Знакомит работников с картами аттестации рабочего места и с картами специальной оценки условий труда; Участвует в разработке мероприятий по предупреждению профессиональных заболеваний и несчастных случаев на производстве, по улучшению условий труда и доведению их до требований нормативных правовых актов по охране труда, а также оказывает организационную помощь по выполнению разработанных мероприятий; Организовывает работу по подготовке технических заданий на выполнение услуг в области охраны труда, поставке средств индивидуальной и коллективной защиты, а также по оценке поступивших от поставщиков средств индивидуальной и коллективной защиты предложений по их поставке; Участвует в расследовании несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний, анализе причин производственного травматизма, профессиональных заболеваний, в разработке мероприятий по их предотвращению; Составляет и предоставляет отчеты по установленной форме; Контролирует проведение вводных инструктажей по охране труда со всеми вновь принимаемыми на работу, командированными, учащимися и студентами, прибывшими на производственное обучение или практику; Организует и участвует в работе по определению контингента работников, подлежащих обязательным предварительным при приеме на работу и периодическим медицинским осмотрам, предрейсовым (послерейсовым) и предсменным (послесменным) осмотрам.
