Обеспечивать бесперебойную и безаварийную работу средств измерений, средств и систем автоматизации в цехе. Обеспечивать разработку графиков ППР и в установленном порядке и в установленные сроки. Организовывать своевременное и качественное выполнение работ по техническому обслуживанию, текущему и капитальному ремонтам и техническому обслуживанию средств измерений, средств и систем автоматизации в соответствии с графиком ППР. Проводить подготовку к периодической поверке (калибровке) измерительных приборов в соответствии с графиком. Осуществлять контроль за надлежащим использованием средств измерений и систем автоматизации персоналом цеха. Осуществлять выбор средств измерений и методов измерений по различным параметрам (температура, давление и т.п.) для производства и для проведения научных исследований и опытных работ в цехе. Осуществлять контроль и приемку монтажных, наладочных и ремонтных работ на оборудовании КИПиА в цехе. Своевременно оформлять служебные записки, технические задания, подготавливать эскизы, схемы, чертежи на выполнение работ по монтажу, ремонту и наладке средств измерений, средств и систем автоматизации. Вести учет средств измерений, средств и систем автоматизации, находящихся в цехе, обеспечивать правильное хранение. Своевременно составлять заявки на запасные части, материалы, вспомогательные устройства, необходимые для бесперебойной работы цеха. Обеспечивать сохранность приборов, аппаратуры, средств измерений, средств и систем автоматизации цеха и контролировать по ним сроки поставок. Ведение и содержание в надлежащем порядке технической документации. Осуществлять инструктажи по охране труда, ПрБ и обучение персонала. Монтаж, демонтаж и пусконаладка оборудования, КИП и средств автоматизации. Обеспечение исправного состояния, безаварийной и надежной работы обслуживаемого оборудования. Проведение своевременного ремонта и обслуживания КИП. Контроль эксплуатации производственного оборудования.

Высшее профильное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 4х лет или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет. Профиль образования - автоматизация технологических процессов и производств, управление в технических системах; электроника и автоматика физических установок; метрологические информационно-измерительные системы; системы и средства автоматизации технологических процессов.
