Определять потребность в запасных частях. Анализировать отказы оборудования, составлять ведомости дефектов и на их основе рассчитывать, каких деталей и в каком количестве не хватает для ремонта. Составлять заявки и спецификации. Оформлять документы на закупку: формировать заявки, спецификации на запчасти, материалы и инструмент, контролировать их рациональное расходование. Организовывать обеспечение. Взаимодействовать с предприятиями-изготовителями, поставщиками или подрядными организациями для поставки запасных частей. Готовить материалы для договоров. Контролировать наличие и движение. Вести учёт запасных частей: фиксировать поступление, выдачу со склада, списание, сверять фактическое наличие с заявками. Участвовать в приёмке. Принимать новое оборудование (и связанные с ним запчасти), проверять его техническое состояние. При необходимости оформлять документацию на списание или передачу. Планировать обеспечение. Разрабатывать графики планово-предупредительного ремонта, чтобы заранее закладывать запас деталей. Анализировать причины отказов. Изучать, почему происходят поломки, повышенный износ, простои, и предлагать меры, чтобы снизить частоту таких ситуаций. Разрабатывать нормативы. Формировать номенклатуру сменных деталей, устанавливать сроки службы запчастей, нормы расхода материалов. Взаимодействовать с подразделениями. Координировать работу ремонтного цеха, склада, закупок, чтобы запчасти поступали вовремя и без излишков. Вести техническую документацию. Заполнять паспорта оборудования, вносить записи после ремонта или замены деталей, составлять отчётность. Участвовать в рационализации. Давать заключения по предложениям по улучшению конструкции оборудования или технологии ремонта.

Анализировать заявки подразделений, выявлять реальную потребность в запчастях. Составлять сводные заявки с расчётами и обоснованиями. Разрабатывать графики поставок . Вести переговоры с поставщиками, согласовывать замены . Контролировать приёмку (количество, качество, комплектность). Учитывать запасы, выявлять сверхнормативные остатки и предлагать их реализацию. Оформлять техническую и отчётную документацию
