В TEMED пациенты возвращаются, потому, что о них заботятся системно. Кто мы Клиника TEMED (ранее Ткачева Епифанова) — провайдер консервативной терапии боли в спине и суставах. Мы специализируемся на комплексном применении физиотерапии при дегенеративных патологиях позвоночника и суставов. Мы ищем в команду единомышленников с крепкими фундаментальными знаниями, которые: разделяют ценности пациенториентированной культуры; умеют аргументировать свои решения с точки зрения EBM; готовы применять физиотерапевтические протоколы лечения клиники на практике; стремятся развивать новое качество медицинской помощи. Вы нам подойдёте, если у вас есть: Действующий сертификат или аккредитация по специальности «Неврология»; Документы по «Рефлексотерапии» и/или «Физиотерапии» (или готовность получить их в процессе работы); Опыт работы от 1 года; Эмпатия, ответственность, внимательность и чувство юмора; Готовность развивать навыки общения с пациентами и командой; Понимание принципов медицинской этики и деонтологии; Готовность подвергать сомнению старые установки и развиваться; Знание о существовании резорбции; Желание лечить пациентов до результата, а не «от случая к случаю». Что предстоит делать: Вести амбулаторный приём (первичный — 60 мин, повторный — 30 мин); Контролировать состояние пациента до закрытия клинического случая (3–6 мес.); Проводить дифференциальную диагностику, анализировать данные МРТ позвоночника; Формировать план обследования, лечения и профилактики; Консультировать пациентов и их родственников, разъяснять диагноз и прогнозы; Проводить сеансы иглоукалывания, физиотерапии, выполнять инъекции; Вести медицинскую документацию в МИС; Участвовать в научных исследованиях клиники (по согласованию). Условия: График 2/2, 08:00–19:00 (обед 14:00–15:00); Официальное трудоустройство, оплачиваемый отпуск и больничный; Заработная плата: базовый оклад + премии (обсуждается на собеседовании); Система внутреннего обучения, аттестации и наставничества; Современное оборудование и комфортная рабочая среда.
