Организация ежедневной работы отдела: распределение задач между сотрудниками, контроль сроков и качества рассмотрения кредитных заявок. Проверка корректности оформления документов клиентов (физ. и юр. лиц), удостоверение личности, контроль полноты пакета документов. Курирование сложных и спорных заявок, повторный анализ случаев с высоким уровнем риска, крупных сумм. Контроль оценки залогового обеспечения (доходным и сравнительным методами) и регистрации обременений в программе АРМ НотКом.Банк . Оценка кредитных рисков, анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности заемщиков (ЮЛ, ИП, самозанятых), расчет показателя долговой нагрузки физ. лиц. Проверка клиентов по базам Росфинмониторинга (портал Контур.Призма ), выявление факторов банкротства, РПДЛ, мониторинг подозрительных операций (ПОД/ФТ). Составление кредитных заключений и принятие решений по заявкам в рамках своих полномочий (или вынесение на рассмотрение руководителя). Формирование отчётности по выданным займам, подготовка материалов для кредитного комитета, анализ кредитного портфеля. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями (взыскание, юристы, IT), участие в запуске новых кредитных продуктов и оптимизации процессов. Участие в подборе, обучении и наставничестве новых сотрудников, проведение аудитов их решений. Замещение руководителя отдела в его отсутствие: принятие операционных решений, утверждение лимитов, представление отдела на совещаниях.

Опыт работы: от 6 лет в андеррайтинге / кредитном анализе (желательно с участием в управленческих задачах). Образование: высшее профессиональное (или среднее профессиональное + дополнительная профессиональная подготовка). Знания: законодательства РФ и нормативных актов Банка России по андеррайтингу и потребительскому кредитованию; основ гражданского законодательства; законодательства о защите прав потребителей. Умения: контролировать сделки и операции на соответствие требованиям ЦБ РФ и внутренним документам; готовить документы и материалы с использованием вычислительной техники. Навыки работы с ПО: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Битрикс24; АРМ НотКом.Банк; уверенный пользователь ПК, работа в интернете.
