Вакансия "Менеджер по продажам", - для тех, кто привык зарабатывать от 250.000 тысяч на руки, работать с качественным продуктом с такой же сильной командой. Если это про вас, мы будем рады рассмотреть вашу кандидатуру. Условия: • Доход: от 250 000 ₽ на руки (оклад + % от продаж, озвучиваем на собеседовании) • Выплаты: 2 раза в месяц. • График: 5/2, плавающие выходные. • Смены в будни: с 10:00 до 19:00 или с 12:00 до 20:00. • Смены в выходные: с 11:00 до 19:00. • Офис располагается в трех минутах от метро Тульская. • Оформление: по ТК РФ. • Отдел лид-менеджеров обрабатывает все входящие заявки и передаёт вам горячих клиентов. • Насыщенная корпоративная жизнь - вам точно понравится! Чем предстоит заниматься: • Работа с целевыми клиентами. • Выявление потребностей и предложение индивидуальных решений. • Сопровождение клиентов по этапам сделки в качестве личного менеджера с соблюдением правил премиального сервиса. • Выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами. • Выполнение плана продаж. Кого мы ищем: • Опыт продаж в премиальном сегменте от 1 года. • Опыт работы с чеками от 500 000 ₽. • Навыки работы в Bitrix24 и 1С. • Ориентированность на результат, проактивность.
