Управление командой: руководить коллективом конструкторов, ставить задачи и контролировать их исполнение, развивать сотрудников и создавать кадровый резерв. Стратегия и развитие: формировать и реализовывать стратегию развития продуктовой линейки, внедрять новые технологии и оптимизировать технические решения для повышения эффективности и снижения себестоимости продукции. Проектная деятельность: управлять полным циклом разработки конструкторско-технологической документации, планировать ресурсы отдела, управлять сроками, рисками и изменениями. Взаимодействие: выстраивать эффективное функциональное взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями (производство, закупки, продажи) для согласования технических решений и сроков выполнения заказов. Контроль качества: обеспечивать соответствие выпускаемой продукции ГОСТам и ТУ, системно работать над снижением уровня брака и улучшением эксплуатационных характеристик изделий. Бюджетирование: формировать и защищать бюджет отдела, рассчитывать стоимость разработок, в том числе при работе с внешними подрядчиками.

Высшее техническое образование (электротехника, энергетика, автоматизация, приборостроение). Приветствуется дополнительное управленческое или проектное образование. Общий стаж работы в отрасли не менее 5 - 7 лет, на руководящих должностях (начальник отдела, главный инженер, руководитель проекта) - от 2 лет. Доказанный опыт управления командой, внедрения изменений и оптимизации процессов.
