Совершенствование систем управления производством. Разработка мер по улучшению системы управления с учётом рыночной конъюнктуры, достижений науки и техники.Анализ действующей системы управления. Оценка текущего состояния управленческих процессов, выявление недостатков и подготовка мероприятий по их устранению и предупреждению в будущем.Планирование развития производства. Участие в подготовке перспективных и текущих планов развития предприятия, формирование рациональных организационных структур управления, оценка возможностей повышения эффективности управленческого труда.Оптимизация управленческих процессов. Разработка мероприятий по улучшению трудовых процессов в аппарате управления, совершенствование документооборота и контроля прохождения документов, внедрение технических средств управления (с расчётами экономической эффективности).Нормативная и методическая работа. Проектирование методов выполнения управленческих работ, подготовка и актуализация положений о подразделениях, должностных инструкций, внесение в них изменений; контроль применения отраслевых и межотраслевых методических и нормативных материалов.Контроль при модернизации и реконструкции. Проверка соблюдения требований по рациональной организации труда и управления при реализации проектов расширения, перепрофилирования, внедрения новой техники, автоматизации и механизации.Изучение и внедрение передового опыта. Применение ИТ и современных методов управления. Подготовка рекомендаций по использованию научно обоснованных методов решения управленческих задач, в том числе с применением информационных технологий.

Планирование и аналитика. Умение строить календарные и производственные планы, рассчитывать загрузку мощностей, анализировать отклонения, готовить отчёты и обоснования.Работа с нормативами и регламентами. Разработка и актуализация положений, инструкций, методик; контроль применения отраслевых норм.Оптимизация процессов. Навык выявлять узкие места, предлагать улучшения, считать экономическую эффективность мероприятий (сроки, затраты, эффект).Документооборот и согласование. Оформление и сопровождение документов, работа с изменениями, контроль сроков и статусов.Владение инструментами. Excel/Google Sheets на продвинутом уровне (сводные таблицы, формулы, графики), часто 1С, ERP‑системы, BPM‑системы, инструменты визуализации процессов (Miro, Visio и т. п.).Коммуникация и координация. Взаимодействие с разными подразделениями, проведение совещаний, согласование изменений, умение доносить технические решения до руководителей и исполнителей.
