Возраст. Не моложе 18 лет. Практические навыки и личные качества Организационные навыки. Нужно уметь планировать работу отделения, распределять задачи между сотрудниками, контролировать выполнение. Управление персоналом. Опыт подбора, обучения и адаптации сотрудников, умение мотивировать команду. Знание отраслевых норм. Понимание почтовых правил, стандартов оказания услуг, почтовой терминологии. Работа с документами и ИТ. Умение вести отчётность, работать с офисными программами (Word, Excel), электронной почтой, а также с специализированными информационными системами, которые используются в отделении. Контроль финансовых операций. Навыки работы с кассой, контроль движения денежных средств, соблюдение правил кассовой дисциплины. Стрессоустойчивость. Работа часто связана с пиковыми нагрузками, жалобами клиентов и необходимостью быстро принимать решения. Коммуникабельность и клиентоориентированность. Важно грамотно выстраивать взаимодействие как с подчинёнными, так и с посетителями отделения, а также с проверяющими органами. Аналитические навыки. Умение анализировать показатели работы отделения, выявлять проблемные зоны и предлагать решения.
