The posting

Руководство ведением бухгалтерского учета и составлением отчетности на предприятии (в подчинении 7-8 чел.). Формирование учетной политики с разработкой мероприятий по ее реализации. Оказание методической помощи работникам подразделений предприятия по вопросам бухгалтерского учета, контроля и отчетности. Обеспечение составления расчетов по зарплате, начислений и перечислений налогов и сборов в бюджеты разных уровней, платежей в банковские учреждения. Выявление внутрихозяйственных резервов, осуществление мер по устранению потерь и непроизводительных затрат. Внедрение современных технических средств и информационных технологий. Контроль за своевременным и правильным оформлением бухгалтерской документации. Обеспечение здоровых и безопасных условий труда для подчиненных исполнителей, контроль за соблюдением ими требований законодательных и нормативных правовых актов по охране труда. Оптимизация налогообложения. Взаимодействие с контролирующими органами.

Высшее профильное образование, стаж работы от 5 лет. Опыт работы на производственном предприятии (желательно в сфере переработки мясной продукции или смежных областях) от 3 лет. Отличное знание бухгалтерского и налогового законодательства. Опыт руководства бухгалтерией. Знание программы 1С 8.3. Знание Контур, СБИС, Диадок, ЭДО Высокая степень ответственности, нацеленность на результат, системность.

Условия: Подчинение непосредственно директору предприятия, в подчинении 7 человек (бухгалтерия). График работы 9.00-17.30, обеденный перерыв 12.30-14.00. Ненормированный рабочий день. Льготы и компенсации в соответствии с Трудовым кодексом Российской Федерации. Ежегодный основной оплачиваемый отпуск – 28 календарных дней, дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск за работу в районах Крайнего Севера – 24 календарных дня, дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск за ненормированный рабочий день – 11 календарных дней. Предоставление жилья (отдельная квартира в благоустроенном доме). Работники с членами семьи имеют право на оплачиваемый один раз в два года за счет средств работодателя проезд к месту использования отпуска в пределах Российской Федерации и обратно любым видом транспорта (за исключением такси и проживания), в том числе личным автотранспортом. При приезде на постоянную работу из других регионов компенсируются расходы по проезду и выплачиваются подъемные.
