Проводит уборку (текущую, генеральную), дезинфекцию и проветривание помещений, выделенных ему по графику работы, графику текущих и генеральных уборок в соответствие с установленными правилами, согласно санитарному режиму: мытье окон изнутри и развешивание штор; чистку раковин, ванн, унитазов, поддерживает их чистоту; уборку холлов, вестибюлей, коридоров, лестничных клеток, туалетов, санитарных комнат служебных и других помещений; чистку и дезинфекцию санитарно-технического оборудования; удаление пыли с мебели, ковровых изделий, мытье вручную или с помощью машин и приспособлений стен, полов, лестниц, окон; мытье и дезинфекцию пола, лестничных площадок, маршей, удаление пыли с потолка, стен, дверей, плафонов, подоконников, оконных решеток, перил, чердачных лестниц, ручек дверей и окон, баков; подметание и мытье площадок перед входом в здание; дезинфекцию санитарных комнат, оборудования, уборочного инвентаря, ёмкостей для уборки, ветоши согласно санитарным правилам и нормативам Проводит сортировку и вынос мусора в контейнеры, соблюдая порядок безопасного обращения с отходами в соответствие приказом по учреждению. Оснащает ветошью и дезинфектантами помещения, следит на своевременной сменой ветоши. Выполняет функции курьера.

Общая оценка условий труда 3.2 4% выплата работникам, за работу с вредными и(или)опасными условиями труда по результатам СОУТ, 14 календарных дней дополнительного отпуска за работу с вреднымии(или)опасными условиями труда и(или)опасными условиями труда
