Участие в разработке проектов организационно-распорядительных, методических, нормативных и иных документов, локальных нормативных актов, договоров, а также процессуальных документов в рамках компетенции; Организация рассмотрения писем, запросов, заявлений и иных обращений граждан и организаций, подготовка ответов и разъяснений по вопросам, относящимся к компетенции Учреждения; Организация формирования статистических, информационных и отчетных материалов к мероприятиям с участием Учреждения; Участие в разработке предложений по совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы для развития системы подготовки спортивного резерва, в пределах функций и задач деятельности Учреждения; Осуществление подготовки заключений по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности Учреждения; Организация анализа и обобщения результатов рассмотрения писем, запросов, заявлений и иных обращений граждан и организаций с целью разработки предложений по совершенствованию нормативных правовых актов и законодательства Российской Федерации; Организация мониторинга правоприменения в Российской Федерации, включающего комплексную и плановую деятельность по сбору, обобщению, анализу и оценке информации для обеспечения принятия (издания), изменения или признания утратившим силу (отмены) законодательных или иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации в сфере физической культуры и спорта; Организация мониторинга приведения нормативных правовых актов субъектов Российской Федерации, регулирующих общественные отношения в сфере физической культуры и спорта, в соответствие с федеральным законодательством Российской Федерации; Участие в разъяснении сотрудникам Учреждения законодательства Российской Федерации и порядка его применения, оказание правовой помощи структурным подразделениям Учреждения.

Основные: высшее юридическое образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее 3 (трех) лет. Дополнительные: уверенный пользователь ПК, навыки работы в информационно-правовой системе Консультант+, опыт работы в организациях сферы физической культуры и спорта приветствуется.
