The posting

Обязанности: Поиск и отбор поставщиков строительных материалов (бетон, арматура, отделка и т.д.) с фокусом на качество и выгодные цены. Составление и контроль заявок на закупки, мониторинг рынка и анализ цен. Ведение переговоров, заключение договоров и организация логистики доставки на объекты. Контроль качества поступающих материалов и соблюдения сроков поставок. Оптимизация затрат: анализ расходов, поиск альтернатив и внедрение экономичных решений. Взаимодействие с прорабами, сметчиками и руководством для обеспечения стройплощадок. Требования Высшее образование (экономика, логистика, строительство или смежные области). Опыт работы в закупках от 1 года, обязательно в строительной отрасли (знание специфики материалов — плюс). Уверенное владение MS Excel (сводные таблицы, pivot), 1C (желательно) и CRM-системами. Навыки переговоров, аналитический склад ума и внимание к деталям. Готовность к командировкам на объекты (редко, но возможно). Водительские права категории B — преимущество.
