Начальник единой дежурной диспетчерской службы: Руководит деятельностью единой дежурной диспетчерской службы и отвечает за выполнение возложенных на единую дежурную диспетчерскую службу задач и функций, организует работу, планирование своей деятельности, предоставление отчётности, организует безопасные условия труда и соблюдение техники безопасности в подразделении. В режиме повседневной деятельности: - знать порядок доведения сигналов (распоряжений) и действий при пожарах, угрозе или возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций; - информировать в установленном порядке ответственных должностных лиц о выезде подразделений и оперативной обстановке на месте их работы; - вносить в установленном порядке в журнал учета чрезвычайных ситуаций содержание сообщений и принятые по ним соответствующие меры; - знать оперативную обстановку в районе происшествий и чрезвычайных ситуаций; - осуществлять постоянный контроль за обстановкой через взаимодействующие дежурные и диспетчерские службы; - знать гидрометеорологическую обстановку и прогноз на трое следующих суток; - поддерживать постоянную связь со службами жизнеобеспечения; - в совершенстве владеть имеющимися средствами управления, оповещения и связи, а также средствами электронно-вычислительной техники и оргтехники; - готовить обобщенные данные за сутки о возникших пожарах, угрозе или возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций, принятых мерах по их предупреждению, ликвидации; - и др.

Начальник единой дежурной диспетчерской службы должен знать: - Конституцию Российской Федерации; - федеральные законы, указы Президента Российской Федерации, постановления Правительства Российской Федерации, законы Чукотского автономного округа, регулирующие сферу деятельности применительно к исполнению конкретных должностных обязанностей; - постановления, распоряжения, приказы вышестоящих органов и другие руководящие, нормативно-технические и методические документы, определяющие функционирование единой дежурной диспетчерской службы; - единую систему делопроизводства, систему организации контроля за исполнением документов (в том числе систему электронного документооборота); - правила ведения делопроизводства, документов для служебного пользования; - стандарты, правила, инструкции и другие руководящие материалы по защите информации; - нормативные правовые акты органов местного самоуправления; - структуру и полномочия органов государственной власти; - внутренние организационно-распорядительные документы учреждения; - компьютерные программы для ведения электронного документооборота; - правила защиты информации; - правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной безопасности.
