Вакансия компании Индивидуальный предприниматель Кувшинов Евгений Феликсович «ПроСтандарт» - частная практика в области промышленной и экологической безопасности, работающая с 2018 года. Основные направления: регистрация опасных производственных объектов (ОПО), лицензирование эксплуатации взрывопожароопасных и химически опасных производственных объектов I–III классов опасности, отчётность по расширенной ответственности производителей (РОП). В связи с расширением экологического направления ищу специалиста в помощь. Обязанности: Постоянные обязанности: - Подготовка отчётности по форме № 2-ТП (отходы). - Ведение отчётности по расширенной ответственности производителей (РОП), включая экологический сбор. - Внесение сведений в сводный кадастр отходов г. Москвы. - Регистрация ОПО, лицензирование взрывопожароопасных и химически опасных производственных объектов I–III классов опасности (предоставляю обучение). - Выполнение смежных задач в сфере экологической безопасности (например, анализ вступивших в силу изменений законодательства и подготовка кратких обзоров). Новое направление (требуется самостоятельная работа): - Постановка на государственный учёт объектов, оказывающих негативное воздействие на окружающую среду (НВОС), в Росприроднадзоре. - Инвентаризация стационарных источников и выбросов загрязняющих веществ в атмосферный воздух. - Оформление декларации о плате за негативное воздействие на окружающую среду. - По данному направлению я не смогу оказать методическую поддержку, поэтому ищу специалиста, способного работать автономно. Приветствуется: - Разработка проектов нормативов образования отходов и лимитов на их размещение. - Лицензирование деятельности по сбору, транспортированию, обработке, утилизации, обезвреживанию, размещению отходов I - IV классов опасности. Требования: - Высшее техническое или экологическое образование. - Опыт работы инженером-экологом или специалистом по охране окружающей среды от 6 лет . - Уверенное знание законодательства: - Федеральный закон от 10.01.2002 № 7-ФЗ «Об охране окружающей среды»; - Федеральный закон от 24.06.1998 № 89-ФЗ «Об отходах производства и потребления»; - Федеральный закон от 04.05.1999 № 96-ФЗ «Об охране атмосферного воздуха». - Практический опыт постановки объектов НВОС на учёт, инвентаризации источников выбросов и оформления отчётности по форме № 2-ТП (отходы) обязателен. - Умение работать с порталом Росприроднадзора и порталом Госуслуг (ЕСИА). - Навык удалённого подключения к компьютерам заказчиков (например, через AnyDesk, RuDesktop) для заполнения отчетов и заявлений. Условия: - Формат: гибридный или удаленный; - Официальное трудоустройство; - Занятость: полная; - Итоговая зарплата обсуждается по результатам собеседования. Дополнительная информация: Моя основная специализация — промышленная безопасность: регистрация ОПО в Ростехнадзоре, лицензирование эксплуатации взрывопожароопасных и химически опасных производственных объектов I, II и III классов опасности. Занимаюсь этим с 2018 года. Примерно с 2020 года дополнительно углубился в тематику расширенной ответственности производителей (РОП) и отчет по форме 2-ТП (отходы). На текущий момент я работаю один, поэтому активно ищу специалиста, который расширит экологическое направление. Ценю прямой подход, честность и результат.
