The posting

Техническая поддержка пользователей (в т.ч. VIP) в роли 2й линии: обработка обращений, ведение задач и трудозатрат в системе Helpdesk. Подготовка к работе и установка нового оборудования рабочих мест: компьютеры, планшеты, МФУ, периферия; установка ОС, программ, настроек; Поддержка печатной техники на рабочих местах: замена расходников, мелкий ремонт; техническое обслуживание и ремонт различной электроники в мастерской: ПК, МФУ, ИБП, ТВ, IP-камеры и т.д.; Работа со складом: подбор, заказ запчастей и материалов, погрузка-разгрузка; Управление корпоративными учетными записями, настройками доступов к сервисам через MS Active Directory; Поддержка оборудования видеоконференций, сопровождение совещаний; Диагностика проблем с доступностью сервисов в корпоративной сети и при удаленной работе: почта, конференцсвязь, терминальный доступ, корпоративные сайты, совместный доступ к файлам и т.д.

Имеете оконченное высшее или среднее-профессиональное образование по направлению ИТ; Готовность перед трудоустройством пройти мед.комиссию (зрение и давление должны быть в норме); Имеете знания, опыт диагностики неисправности и блочной замены комплектующих, модернизации компьютеров; Имеете опыт настройки и решения типичных проблем компьютерного оборудования: компьютеры, планшеты, роутеры, принтеры и МФУ: устройство, подключение, настройка функций; Обладаете навыками настройки и диагностики типичных проблем Windows, драйверов, программного обеспечения (браузер, прикладные программы); Имеете опыт работы в программах Microsoft Office: Word, Excel; Владеете инструментами диагностики сетевого подключения с помощью средств Windows (cmd, ping, traceroute, nslookup). Будет плюсом: Наличие навыков компонентного ремонта радиоэлектронной аппаратуры; Наличие опыта работы в технической поддержке; Наличие опыта программирования скриптов .bat, powershell или знакомство с языками программирования: С, Python.
