Работа с кассовым оборудованием и расчётами с покупателями: Открытие и закрытие кассовой смены с соблюдением регламентированных процедур. Приём оплаты за товары наличными, банковскими картами, через СБП или по QR-коду. Сканирование штрихкодов и кодов маркировки (например, Честный ЗНАК ). Выдача кассового чека вместе с покупками и сдачей. Обработка возвратов и обменов товара. Контроль остатка денежных средств в кассовом ящике, предотвращение излишков и недостач. Формирование суточных отчётов (Z-отчётов) и сдача наличности старшему кассиру. Консультирование покупателей: Помощь в выборе товаров, информирование о потребительских свойствах, акциях и скидках. Соблюдение законодательства (например, требование паспорта при продаже алкоголя и табака лицам младше 18 лет). Разрешение конфликтных ситуаций с покупателями. Работа в торговом зале: Выкладка товаров на стеллажи и витрины в соответствии с планограммами. Контроль актуальности и наличия ценников, их своевременная замена. Ежедневная проверка сроков годности товаров и их своевременное списание. Поддержание порядка и чистоты на полках, витринах и в прикассовой зоне. Участие в инвентаризации и сохранность ценностей: Участие в плановых и внеочередных инвентаризациях товарно-материальных ценностей и ревизиях кассы. Визуальный контроль торгового зала для предотвращения хищений и порчи товаров. Обеспечение порядка и дисциплины: Соблюдение кассовой дисциплины и внутренних регламентов магазина. Поддержание чистоты и порядка на рабочем Контроль за наличием расходных материалов (кассовая лента, бланки документов). Сообщение руководству о неисправностях кассового оборудования. Дополнительные задачи: Работа с дисконтными картами и программами лояльности. Участие в подготовке товаров к акциям и оформление витрин.
