Разработка программ обучения:-1. Для руководителей и специалистов. 2. Для работников рабочих профессий. 3. По оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим. Организация и контроль проведения:1. Вводных инструктажей. 2. Первичных, повторных, внеплановых и целевых инструктажей.3. Обучения и проверки знаний требований охраны труда. 4. Проведение специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ) Организация и проведение обучения по охране труда: 1. Разработка программ обучения. 2. Для руководителей и специалистов. 3. Для работников рабочих профессий. 4. По оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим.

Законодательство: Глубокое знание законодательства РФ в области охраны труда (Трудовой кодекс РФ, Федеральные законы, Постановления Правительства, Приказы Минтруда, СанПиНы, ГОСТы, СНиПы и т.д.). Системы управления охраной труда (СУОТ): Знание принципов построения, внедрения и функционирования СУОТ на предприятии (в соответствии с ГОСТ Р ИСО 45001 или другими стандартами). Оценка профессиональных рисков: Умение проводить идентификацию опасностей, оценку и управление профессиональными рисками. Специальная оценка условий труда (СОУТ): Понимание процедуры проведения СОУТ, умение работать с результатами. Расследование несчастных случаев: Знание порядка расследования несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний. Обучение и инструктажи: Умение разрабатывать программы обучения, проводить инструктажи, проверку знаний по охране труда. Разработка документации: Навыки разработки локальных нормативных актов (приказов, положений, инструкций, программ), ведения журналов. Контроль и надзор: Умение организовывать и проводить внутренний контроль за соблюдением требований охраны труда. Средства индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ): Знание правил обеспечения работников СИЗ, их подбора, эксплуатации и учета. Пожарная безопасность: Базовые знания требований пожарной безопасности. Электробезопасность: Базовые знания требований электробезопасности. Промышленная безопасность: В зависимости от специфики предприятия, могут требоваться знания в области промышленной безопасности. Оказание первой помощи: Наличие удостоверения об обучении по оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим. Работа с ПК: Уверенный пользователь ПК, знание офисных программ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), специализированных программ по охране труда (при наличии).
