осуществляет общее руководство структурных подразделений: центральной инженерно-технологической службы; цеха по бурению эксплуатационных и разведочных скважин; цеха по бурению боковых стволов; базы производственного обслуживания; транспортного отдела; осуществляет оперативный контроль над выполнением структурными подразделениями Филиала производственных заданий; анализирует работу и обобщает деятельность подразделений Филиала, вскрывает причины имеющихся недостатков и принимает меры по их устранению; организует контроль над ходом основного производства, принимает меры по их предупреждению и устранению нарушений хода производственных процессов, привлекает к их ликвидации необходимые подразделения и службы, организует четкие и согласованные их действия; участвует в разработке мероприятий по обеспечению выполнения плановых заданий и контролирует их выполнение; анализирует поступающую информацию о ходе бурения и ремонта скважин; обеспечивает своевременное выполнение мероприятий Филиала по направлению деятельности; участвует в расследовании аварий и технологических осложнений. Организовывает работы по ликвидации нестандартных аварий. принимает участие в формировании договоров о взаимной работе со смежными подразделениями по направлению деятельности; контролирует соответствие технологии производства, производственного оборудования требованиям регламентов, стандартов, правил и норм безопасности; контролирует своевременную и качественную подготовку производства, внедрение обоснованных норм расхода материалов, реагентов, топлива, электроэнергии; обеспечивает внедрение рациональных технологий, эффективное использование технологического и другого оборудования, средства механизации, экономное расходование материальных ресурсов.

высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и опыт по оперативному управлению производством на инженерно-технических и руководящих должностях не менее пяти лет. Глубокое понимание полного производственного цикла нефтедобычи, знание технических характеристик оборудования, методов управления персоналом и экономики производства.
