Руководство и планирование. Возглавляет работу архива, разрабатывает перспективные и текущие планы, распределяет задачи между сотрудниками и контролирует их выполнение. Организация работы с документами. Обеспечивает приём, регистрацию, систематизацию, хранение и использование документов в соответствии с установленными правилами. Создание справочного аппарата. Руководит составлением описей, каталогов, картотек, указателей, путеводителей, обзоров, исторических справок и других материалов, которые упрощают учёт и поиск. Методическая помощь. Консультирует сотрудников структурных подразделений: объясняет, как правильно формировать, готовить и сдавать дела в архив. Контроль поступления. Следит, чтобы в архив вовремя поступали документы, законченные делопроизводством. Экспертиза ценности. Участвует в определении ценности документов, формирует дела для постоянного и временного хранения. Работа с документами для передачи. Руководит составлением описей дел для передачи в государственные архивы, а также актов об уничтожении документов, сроки хранения которых истекли. Контроль сохранности. Следит за физическим состоянием документов, своевременностью их восстановления, а также за соблюдением в помещениях архива условий, необходимых для сохранности (температурно-влажностный режим, освещённость, противопожарные требования). Учёт и выдача. Организует учёт документооборота и количества дел, выдаёт архивные справки, выписки и копии по запросам сотрудников и внешних организаций. Отчётность. Составляет установленную отчётность. Участие в разработке. Принимает участие в создании положений и инструкций по делопроизводству и организации архивного дела.

Высшее образование. Опыт работы от 5 лет. Исполнительность, ответственность.
