The posting

Осуществлять общее руководство сектором по контролю. Проводить проверки в соответствии с планами проведения контрольных мероприятий и федеральными стандартами. Проводить внеплановые проверки по поручению начальника финансового управления. Направлять объекту контроля акты, заключения, представления и (или) предписания. Отслеживать и соблюдать сроки проведения и реализации контрольных мероприятий. Подготавливать и направлять уведомления о применении бюджетных мер принуждения в случаях, предусмотренных Бюджетным кодексом Российской Федерации. Осуществлять производство по делам об административных правонарушениях в порядке, установленном законодательством об административных правонарушениях. При выявлении фактов совершения действия (бездействия) должностных лиц объекта контроля, содержащих признаки состава преступления, направлять в правоохранительные органы информацию о таких фактах и (или) документы и иные материалы, подтверждающие данные факты. Принимает участие в заседаниях судов общей юрисдикции и арбитражных судов в качестве ответчика и истца в пределах полномочий сектора по контролю. Размещать на официальном сайте администрации Лебяжского муниципального округа информацию о деятельности финансового управления в пределах своих полномочий. Осуществлять работу в программном комплексе Финконтроль-Смарт .
