исполнять отдельные управленческие функции по поручению управляющего: распределять задачи внутри департамента, контролировать сроки и качество исполнения, помогать с выстройкой процессов; вести переговоры и переписку с партнёрами (отели, гиды, транспорт, туроператоры) на китайском языке, в том числе в WeChat и других локальных мессенджерах; участвовать в формировании и доработке турпродуктов (маршруты, пакеты, спецпредложения), согласовывать наполнение, цены и условия с подрядчиками; помогать в запуске и продвижении туров на китайском рынке, собирать обратную связь, анализировать спрос и сезонность; оперативно решать спорные и кризисные ситуации с клиентами и подрядчиками, минимизировать репутационные и финансовые риски; участвовать в бюджетировании департамента: формировать заявки на расходы, отслеживать исполнение бюджета, анализировать рентабельность направлений; готовить аналитику, сводки и презентации для руководства, вести отчётность по KPI (загрузка, выручка, конверсия, жалобы); следить за изменениями в туристическом, визовом, миграционном регулировании и актуализировать внутренние процессы.

свободное владение китайским языком (HSK 5 6 или эквивалент) обязательно для переговоров, работы с документами и контроля подрядчиков; опыт в туризме от 2 3 лет, желательно с управленческими задачами (кураторство проектов, контроль команды, ведение направлений); понимание специфики китайского туристического рынка: ожидания туристов, популярные форматы поездок, ключевые каналы продвижения (WeChat, Douyin, Qunar и т. п.); навыки работы с подрядчиками, формирования турпродуктов и контроля качества сервиса; умение планировать и приоритизировать задачи, работать в режиме многозадачности и срочных запросов; уверенное владение Excel (сводные таблицы, графики, расчёты), PowerPoint, CRM/системами бронирования; готовность учитывать разницу во времени с Китаем; знание основ визовой и миграционной логистики, правил страхования и безопасности туристов желательно;
