Организует работу с персоналом. Осуществляет подбор кадров, проводит собеседования с нанимающимися на работу, в том числе с выпускниками учебных заведений, с целью комплектования штата работников, проводит сбор и проверку личных документов работников. Разрабатывает проекты организационных и распорядительных документов по персоналу. Оформляет прием, перевод и увольнение работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, положениями и приказами директора учреждения, а также другую установленную документацию по кадрам. Ведет строгий учет рабочего времени (в середине и конце каждого месяца закрывает табель учета использования рабочего времени и расчета заработной платы и сдает в бухгалтерию главному бухгалтеру для начисления аванса и заработной платы сотрудникам учреждения), Производит регистрацию приема и выдачи трудовых книжек и вкладышей к ним. Ведет учет предоставления отпусков работникам. Формирует и направляет в СФР сведения о трудовой деятельности работников учреждения. Ведет деловую переписку. Ведет воинский учет в организации. Организует работу по разработке и внесению изменений в локальные нормативные акты учреждения, Коллективный договор.

Знание: Законодательсво о труде, знание программы 1С Зарплата и кадры Порядок разработки трудовых договоров. Законодательство "Об архивном деле в Российской Федерации", сроки и порядок передачи документов на хранение в архив учреждения. Этику делового общения; передовой отечественный и зарубежный опыт в области управления персоналом. Основы организации делопроизводства; методы обработки информации с применением современных технических средств, коммуникаций и связи, вычислительной техники. Оформления, ведения и хранения трудовых книжек и личных дел работников организации. Порядок установления наименования профессий рабочих и должностей служащих, общего и непрерывного стажа определенной работы, льгот и компенсаций. Порядок учета движения кадров и составления отчетности. Порядок ведения банка данных о персонале организации. программы документооборота учреждения СЭД Директум, иные системы электронного документооборота, для контроля и регистрации входящей и исходящей корреспонденции учреждения (ССТУ.РФ в ЛАРМ ЕС ОГ); Правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты.
