The posting

Следит за исправностью и правильной эксплуатацией всего технологического оборудования цеха. В случае остановки оборудования производит ремонт и наладку технологического оборудования. Контролирует техническое состояние оборудования и своевременно сообщает о сбоях и неисправностях соответствующим службам. Обеспечивает соблюдение технологического процесса и технологических параметров работы оборудования на участке. В течение смены производит мелкий ремонт по выданному наряду. Производит капитальный ремонт и техобслуживание любой сложности всего технологического оборудования. Производит демонтаж старого оборудования и установку нового оборудования. Производит запись в конце смены обо всех поломках и проделанных работах. Соблюдает требования по техники безопасности и охраны труда и трудовую дисциплину Соблюдает требования промышленной безопасности при эксплуатации и обслуживании оборудования на опасном производственном объекте - цеха подготовки табачного сырья. В случае необходимости работник выполняет обязанности на нижеперечисленных участках технологического процесса: Участок сортировки табака; Участок увлажнения листового табака; Участок приготовления соусов и ароматизаторов; Участок резки листового табака; Участок сушки резаного табака; Участок подсыпки готовых компонентов мешки (жилки, взорванного табака, мелочи, файбека) с использованием погрузчика; Участок загрузки и увлажнения жилки (сырца); Участок резки и сушки жилки; Участок загрузки резаного табака в ящики; Участок переработки бракованных сигарет; Участок очистных сооружений (фильтров) и оборудования по очистке запахов ХП; В случае необходимости выполняет обязанности водителя погрузчика. Соблюдает требования промышленной безопасности на ОПО, стандарты, правила, инструкции и нормы по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка фабрики . По указанию начальника смены выполняет другие служебные обязанности, если они не противоречат данной должностной инструкции.

Знания: практические навыки в ремонте и обслуживании технологического оборудования по выпуску табачных изделий; Наличие загранпаспорта желательно;
