Проводить амбулаторный прием по графику, утвержденному администрацией поликлиники, регулируя поток посетителей путем рационального распределения повторных больных.Обеспечивать раннее выявление, квалифицированное и своевременное обследование, специализированное лечение, диспансерное наблюдение за больными работоспособного возраста, страдающими хронической ишемической болезнью сердца, нарушениями ритма, гипертонической болезнью (II стадия), коронарной недостаточностью с частыми приступами стенокардии без гипертонической болезни, кардиомиопатией. миокардитом, перикардитом неревматической этиологии, перенесшими инфаркт миокарда. Обеспечивать правильное проведение экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности и своевременное направление больных с хроническими формами заболевания на КЭК и МСЭК.Осуществлять, в соответствии с показаниями, своевременную госпитализацию больных. Активно внедрять в практику новые средства и методы профилактики, диагностики, лечения и реабилитации больных сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Осуществлять методическое руководство и консультативную помощь врачам других специальностей, в том числе на дому, по раннему выявлению сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, преморбидных состояний, лиц с факторами риска, по вопросам улучшения качества диагностики, лечения, диспансеризации больных с сердечно-сосудистой патологией. Осуществлять преемственность между амбулаторным учреждением и стационаром в обследовании и лечении больных. Соблюдать в своей работе принципы деонтологии. Проводить освидетельствование лиц, подлежащих предварительному и периодическому медицинскому осмотру у кардиолога. Проводить анализ причин заболеваемости, инвалидности и смертности больных с сердечно-сосудистой патологией, эффективности их диспансеризации с составлением конкретного плана профилактических мероприятий. Проводить мероприятия по повышению квалификации врачей других специальностей и среднего медицинского персонала учреждения в области кардиологии. Организовывать и проводить среди населения санитарную пропаганду медицинских знаний по профилактике сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Систематический повышать свою профессиональную квалификацию и уровень медицинских знаний медсестер кабинета. Вести медицинские карты амбулаторных больных, выписывать рецепты.
