Организация и совершенствование экономической деятельности организации. Разработка перспективных планов экономического и социального развития. Создание нормативов материальных и трудовых затрат, фондов экономического стимулирования.

Образование высшее экономическое. Знания: Нормативные правовые акты, которые регулируют финансово-хозяйственную деятельность организации. Методы экономического анализа и учёта показателей деятельности организации и её подразделений. Порядок разработки бизнес-планов, перспективных и годовых планов. Методы оптимизации использования ресурсов (материальных, трудовых, финансовых). Порядок составления планово-учётной документации. Технологические и организационно-экономические условия производства (с учётом отраслевой специфики). Основы трудового законодательства, правила охраны труда. Отечественный и зарубежный опыт рациональной организации экономической деятельности в условиях рыночной экономики. Практические навыки: Умение составлять проекты финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, бизнес-планы. Способность проводить экономический анализ, выявлять резервы производства, разрабатывать меры по повышению рентабельности и производительности труда. Навык оптимально использовать материальные, трудовые и финансовые ресурсы. Умение применять информационные технологии для обработки экономических данных (например, специализированные аналитические системы, Excel). Способность анализировать финансовую и бухгалтерскую отчётность, интерпретировать показатели для принятия управленческих решений. Навык руководить экономическими службами и подразделениями, координировать работу подчинённых. Умение разрабатывать варианты управленческих решений и обосновывать выбор на основе критериев финансово-экономической эффективности. Навык стратегического мышления: разработка экономических стратегий, учёт рисков и возможностей, адаптация к изменениям рынка. Умение чётко излагать мысли, аргументировать решения и эффективно взаимодействовать с коллегами из других отделов.
