Чем предстоит заниматься: Рассчитывать риск-метрики на уровне группы: риск-аппетит, экономический капитал; Агрегировать и автоматизировать риск-отчетность: загружать и валидировать данные, автоматизировать расчет риск-метрик, разрабатывать архитектуру системы риск-отчетности; Анализировать риск-профиль группы и отдельных направлений: формировать предложения по минимизации финансовых рисков; Разрабатывать методологию и проводить стресс-тестирования; Разрабатывать методологию риск-метрик по различным видам риска: рыночный, контрагентский; Участвовать в установлении верхнеуровневых лимитов: лимитов риск-аппетита, экономического капитала; Выполнять Ad hoc задачи в области риск-менеджмента: разрабатывать методологию и калькуляторы под отдельные бизнес-проекты. Что мы ожидаем: Высшее образование (математика, физика, финансы, экономика); Опыт работы в риск-менеджменте или казначействе в финансовой организации не менее 2 лет; Уверенное знание современных подходов к оценке рыночных/контрагентских рисков (в т.ч. по деривативам); Уверенное знание инструментов DS, в т.ч. Python, SQL, BI; Знание теории вероятностей и математической статистики на прикладном уровне; Знание основ финансового анализа, финансовых инструментов, инвест-банковского бизнеса. Желательно: Знание международных стандартов по оценке достаточности капитала и стресс-тестирования (Basel 3, Basel 2.5); Знание стандартов МСФО; Опыт руководства и проектного менеджмента; Выпускники МГУ, МФТИ, РЭШ, ВШЭ; Аттестаты FRM, CFA, CQF.
