1. Основные должностные обязанности начальника отдела как муниципального служащего, определены статьёй 12 Федерального закона от 02.03.2007 г. № 25-ФЗ " О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации". Исходя из задач и функций, определенных Положением об отделе опеки и попечительства, начальник обязан: Осужествлять непосредственное руководство деятельности отела опеки и попечительства над несовершеннолетними. Координировать деятельность специалиство отдела. Обеспечивать планирование деятельности отдела. Составлять отчетную и аналитическую информацию о деятельности отдела.

Знать и руководствоваться Конституцией Российской Федерации, Федеральными законами, указами Президента Российской Федерации, постановлениями и распоряжениями Правительства Российской Федерации, ведомственными правовыми актами, нормативно-правовыми актами, положениями и инструкциями по полномочиям опеки и попечительства в отношении несовершеннолетних, требованиями к содержанию и формам отчетности, правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка, правилами нормами охраны труда и техники безопасности, Положением об отделе опеки и попечительства над несовершеннолетними, настоящей инструкцией; - обладать навыками грамотного планирования своей работы, обеспечения выполнения задач, эффективного сотрудничества с коллегами, взаимодействия с муниципальными служащими иных органов местного самоуправления, владения компьютерногй и другой оргтехникой, сбора информации, работы со служебными документами, квалификационной работы с людьми по недопущению личностных конфликтов. систематического повышения своей квалификации.
