Основные должностные обязанности Профилактика правонарушений и антиобщественного поведения несовершеннолетних. Инспектор ведёт профилактическую работу с подростками, склонными к нарушениям, и с теми, кто уже совершил правонарушения, но не достиг возраста уголовной ответственности. Выявление и учёт несовершеннолетних, находящихся в социально опасном положении. Ведётся картотека и учётные дела, фиксируются меры воздействия и результаты работы. Работа с семьями и оценка условий жизни ребёнка. Инспектор посещает семьи, проверяет бытовые условия, выясняет, исполняют ли родители свои обязанности, нет ли жестокого обращения или пренебрежения нуждами ребёнка. Взаимодействие с образовательными организациями. Инспектор регулярно контактирует со школами, колледжами, социальными педагогами и психологами: получает сигналы о проблемах у подростков, участвует в советах профилактики, проводит лекции и беседы. Рассмотрение заявлений и сообщений о правонарушениях несовершеннолетних, а также о ненадлежащем исполнении родительских обязанностей. По каждому сигналу проводится проверка, составляется акт, при необходимости готовятся материалы для комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав (КДН и ЗП). Патрулирование и участие в рейдах. Инспекторы выходят в места массового пребывания подростков (парки, дворы, торговые центры), участвуют в межведомственных рейдах по выявлению детей в ночное время вне дома, нахождению в опасных местах, употреблению алкоголя и т. п. Выявление лиц, вовлекающих несовершеннолетних в противоправную деятельность. Это касается как взрослых, склоняющих подростков к преступлениям, так и групп, пропагандирующих деструктивное поведение. Оформление документов и подготовка материалов для КДН, суда, иных органов. Включает сбор характеристик, объяснений, актов обследования, протоколов, ходатайств о постановке на учёт, направлении в спецучреждения и др. Организация мер воздействия и реабилитации. В зависимости от ситуации инспектор может инициировать помещение подростка в центр временного содержания для несовершеннолетних правонарушителей (ЦВСНП), направление на консультацию к психологу, наркологу, подключение соцслужб. Межведомственное взаимодействие. Инспектор координирует действия с органами опеки, соцзащиты, здравоохранения, образования, КДН и другими структурами для комплексной помощи семье и ребёнку. Анализ криминогенной обстановки по несовершеннолетним на обслуживаемой территории. Готовит отчёты, прогнозы, предложения по снижению подростковой преступности и устранению причин безнадзорности.
