Ведение и актуализация документации по ИБ и защите ПДн. Подготовка и участие в проверках ФСТЭК, ФСБ России, подготовка ответов на запросы. Работа по ИСПДн: перечень, уровень защищённости, модели угроз. Учёт, установка, настройка и сопровождение СЗИ, контроль обновлений, сертификатов, лицензий. Контроль эксплуатации ViPNet: учёт СКЗИ и ключевых документов, журналы, допуски, сроки действия ключей, уничтожение, перевыпуск. Согласование подключения филиалов и сотрудников к межфилиальной сети ViPNet. Аудит правил фильтрации и журналов ViPNet, реагирование на инциденты ИБ. Ведение журналов: съёмные носители, ключевые документы, СКЗИ, допущенные лица. Проведение вводных и повторных инструктажей по ИБ и защите ПДн. Внутренний контроль: проверки подразделений, права доступа, соответствие 152-ФЗ и требованиям ФСТЭК/ФСБ. Взаимодействие с системным администратором ViPNet и администратором KSC по вопросам защиты информации. Разработка внутренней нормативной документации.

Образование и опыт Высшее образование по ИБ или IT-образование + профпереподготовка по ИБ не менее 512 часов. Опыт в ИБ, ИТ-аудите, управлении рисками или смежных областях от 1 3 лет. Опыт обеспечения ИБ при эксплуатации СКЗИ ViPNet . Желательно: опыт проверок ФСТЭК, ФСБ, Роскомнадзора, отраслевых регуляторов. Готовность к оформлению допуска к сведениям ограниченного доступа. Знание правовых норм и законов 152-ФЗ О персональных данных . 187-ФЗ О безопасности критической информационной инфраструктуры . 149-ФЗ Об информации, информационных технологиях и о защите информации . 63-ФЗ Об электронной подписи . 98-ФЗ О коммерческой тайне желательно. ПП РФ № 1119, ПП РФ № 127, ПП РФ № 676 желательно. Приказы ФСТЭК: № 17, № 21, № 239, сопутствующие. Приказы ФСБ: № 378, № 66, № 514 желательно. ГОСТ Р ИСО/МЭК 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, СТО БР ИББС по необходимости. Профессиональные компетенции ViPNet и СКЗИ Знание архитектуры ViPNet как СКЗИ: координаторы, клиенты, УКЦ, Policy Manager, StateWatcher. Понимание требований ФСБ России к СКЗИ и эксплуатационной документации. Учёт СКЗИ, ключевых документов, журналов, допусков пользователей. Контроль сроков действия ключей и сертификатов, порядка перевыпуска и уничтожения. Аудит правил фильтрации, защищённых каналов, журналов ViPNet. Согласование подключения новых филиалов и сотрудников к защищённой сети. Участие в аттестации, проверках и подготовке документов по ViPNet. Взаимодействие с системным администратором ViPNet по инцидентам и изменениям. Аудит и оценка соответствия Внутренние аудиты ИС на соответствие законодательству. Анализ рисков ИБ, оценка систем защиты. Подготовка к внешним проверкам регуляторов и аудиторов. Документирование Разработка и актуализация политик, процедур, регламентов, методик. Ведение документации по ИБ и защите ПДн: приказы, положения, инструкции, журналы, акты. Подготовка ответов на запросы ФСТЭК, ФСБ, Роскомнадзора. Работа по ИСПДн: перечень, уровень защищённости, модели угроз. Подготовка ТЗ на закупку СЗИ, проверка по реестрам и каталогу Минпромторга, 44-ФЗ. Техническая база Сети: TCP/IP, межсетевые экраны, маршрутизация. ОС: Windows, Linux, Astra Linux; СУБД. Криптография и СКЗИ: CryptoPro, ViPNet и др. Классы СЗИ: антивирусы, SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, системы доверенной загрузки. Базовое администрирование Windows/Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
