разрабатывать и реализовывать муниципальные программы и проекты в сфере молодёжной политики, в том числе направленные на гражданско‑патриотическое воспитание, профилактику асоциального поведения, поддержку талантливой молодёжи и развитие добровольчества; формировать календарный план мероприятий по молодёжной политике, координировать сроки и ресурсы, контролировать исполнение плана; организовывать и проводить мероприятия для молодёжи (форумы, конкурсы, фестивали, акции, образовательные и профориентационные программы) от разработки концепции до подведения итогов и отчётности; взаимодействовать с молодёжными общественными объединениями, волонтёрскими организациями, образовательными учреждениями, учреждениями культуры и спорта по вопросам реализации молодёжных проектов и вовлечения молодёжи в социально значимую деятельность; выявлять актуальные потребности и проблемы молодёжи на территории муниципалитета (в т. ч. через опросы, фокус‑группы, мониторинг соцсетей), формировать предложения по их решению и включать их в планы работы; готовить информационные, аналитические и отчётные материалы по реализации мероприятий и программ в сфере молодёжной политики (в том числе для размещения на официальных ресурсах и в СМИ, соцсетях);

коммуникабельность, умение выстраивать диалог с молодёжью и с представителями разных ведомств; организаторские способности, ответственность; стрессоустойчивость и гибкость (работа с разновозрастными аудиториями) инициативность, креативность, ориентация на результат и социальную пользу.
