- осуществляет составление смет, актов, расчетов норм расхода на материалы по Валдайскому и Крестецкому районам теплоснабжения; - составляет финансовую сметную документацию для ремонта оборудования, сооружений и зданий котельных, реконструкцию действующих объектов и для работ по увеличению эффективности производства; - вносит соответствующие коррективы и уточнения в сметно-финансовые расчеты при изменении объемов или цен работ; - принимает активное участие в определении стоимости строительных, ремонтных, монтажных работ, которые не предусмотрены утвержденными сметами и при замене оборудования и материалов; - согласовывает сметы, составляет акты выполненных работ, проводит контроль за соблюдением нормативов, которые заложены в сметы расходов; принимает участие в мероприятиях по уменьшению стоимости строительных и ремонтных работ; - участвует в подготовке договоров подряда на общестроительные и ремонтно-эксплуатационные работы.

- высшее профессиональное образование и опыт работы по специальности не менее 3 лет. - производственные мощности, технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности и режимы работы теплотехнического оборудования; положения, инструкции и другие руководящие материалы по разработке и оформлению технической документации; правила приема и сдачи оборудования в эксплуатацию после монтажа и ремонта; - стандарты, технические условия и инструкции по техническому обслуживанию, ремонту, монтажу и испытанию оборудования; - уверенный пользователь ПК.
