Контроль за распределением транспорта для поставки металла и комплектующих изделий в соответствии с составленным планом и графиком. Контроль за работой по своевременной загрузке автотранспорта с учетом графиков поставки. Ежедневный контроль за исполнением перевозчиками условий договоров на протяжении периода их действия, сообщает об отклонениях в работе транспорта, формирует пакет документов для выставления претензий. Определение потребности в различных транспортных средствах для перевозки продукции потребителю. Формирование заявки в смету затрат на транспорт и её согласование (на месяц, год). Контроль за ежедневным направлением заявок перевозчикам на необходимое количество автомобилей. Контроль время прибытия транспорта под загрузку. Контроль оформления графика подачи транспорта. Контроль и анализ за исполнением сметы затрат на транспорт (на день, месяц, год). Контроль за организацией работы по оперативному предоставлению транспорта и своевременность при отгрузке дефицитных позиций потребителям. Координация работы автотранспорта в соответствии с действующими маршрутами, контроль за правильностью в оформлением путевых листов (проставление точного времени прибытия и убытия, маршрутов движения). Контроль и своевременная сдача проверенных и занесенных в ИС счетов и актов выполненных работ в бухгалтерию для проведения оплаты. Работа в Сбис и формирование электронных транспортных накладных.

1. Высшее профессиональное (техническое или инженерно-экономическое) образование. 2. Стаж работы по профилю не менее 5 лет. 3. Специалист по транспорту должен знать: -методы и порядок разработки перспективных и годовых планов материально-технического снабжения; -порядок составления заявок на материалы; -организацию снабженческих и складских операций; -экономику и организацию перевозок грузов на всех видах транспорта; -требования к оформлению транспортной, складской, сбытовой, снабженческой и финансовой документации; -логистические информационные системы; -состояние, тенденции развития рынка транспортных услуг; -порядок и сроки составления отчетности.
