- Обеспечивать правильность ведения журналов, книг, отчётов, установленных форм и образцов и т.д.; - Обеспечивать выполнение суточного плана погрузки в соответствии с заявленными грузоотправителями объемами; - Формировать справочную информацию, доклад по оперативной работе за сутки для отчета руководству, причастным подразделениям ФГУП КЖД; - На основании согласованных плановых заявок грузоотправителей формировать и корректировать сводное задание для сменно-суточного планирования; - Передавать сводное задание для сменно-суточного планирования установленным порядком причастным подразделениям ФГУП КЖД, организовывать его выполнение; - На основании предъявленных суточных заявок грузоотправителей осуществлять ежесуточный контроль за обеспечением порожним подвижным составом под погрузку по всей номенклатуре грузов, анализировать и предоставлять отчет по факту обеспечения порожним подвижным составом сменно-суточного плана погрузки руководству центра, причастным подразделениям ФГУП КЖД; - Определять приоритетность исполнения принятых суточных заявок на основе данных маркетинговых исследований, анализа доходности и экономической целесообразности грузовых перевозок; - Информировать ЛАТО, причастные подразделения ФГУП КЖД о плане работ на смену, о повышенных заданиях на погрузку грузов, о подводе порожних вагонов под погрузку; - Вести ежесуточный контроль за фактическим выполнением погрузки станций ФГУП КЖД по роду вагонов и номенклатуре грузов; - Анализировать итоги выполнения основных показателей работы по выполнению планов погрузки, докладывать руководству; - другие обязанности согласно должностной инструкции.

- Знание законодательства о железнодорожном транспорте РФ, в том числе: - Федерального закона О железнодорожном транспорте в Российской Федерации, - Устава железнодорожного транспорта РФ; - Знание основ гражданского, хозяйственного права РФ, - Свободное владение компьютером.

- Оформление по ТК (полный соц. пакет); ‑ Индексация оплаты труда согласно законодательству РФ два раза в год; - Ежегодный отпуск 28 календарных дней; - Возможность профессионального развития и карьерного роста.
