The posting

Руководить младшим персоналом. Составлять графики работы санитарок и уборщиц, распределять задания, контролировать, как они выполняют уборку и поддерживают порядок в помещениях. Обеспечивать подразделение всем необходимым. Получать со склада и выдавать бельё (постельное, нательное), спецодежду, предметы гигиены, канцелярские принадлежности, моющие и дезинфицирующие средства. Вести учёт: фиксировать выдачу, отслеживать износ, сроки списания. Контролировать санитарное состояние. Регулярно обходить помещения, проверять качество уборки, следить за соблюдением санитарно-гигиенического и противоэпидемического режима. В том числе контролировать дезинфекционный режим: проверять концентрацию растворов, время обработки поверхностей. Заниматься ремонтом. Составлять заявки на ремонт помещений, оборудования, инвентаря и контролировать, как эти работы выполнены. Работать с пищеблоком. Обеспечивать буфет или столовую оборудованием и посудой, следить за правильной маркировкой и тем, как всё используется. Вести документацию. Заполнять журналы (инвентаризации, расхода моющих средств, дезинфекции), составлять отчёты о проделанной работе, акты списания изношенного инвентаря. Решать специфические задачи. Например, в периоды эпидемий организовывать дополнительные дезинфекционные мероприятия, контролировать наличие защитных средств для персонала. Информировать руководство. Немедленно сообщать заведующему отделением или старшей медсестре о любых происшествиях или осложнениях в работе.
