Диагностика и осмотр: проведение ежедневных утренних и вечерних осмотров пациентов в стационаре, сбор анамнеза, назначение лабораторных и инструментальных исследований. Лечебная работа: выполнение плановых и экстренных хирургических операций, проведение перевязок, малых хирургических вмешательств и манипуляций. Послеоперационный ведение: контроль динамики состояния больного, коррекция медикаментозной терапии, профилактика и купирование осложнений. Документация: своевременное и качественное ведение медицинской карты стационарного больного, оформление выписок, листков нетрудоспособности и другой отчетности. Взаимодействие: руководство работой среднего и младшего медицинского персонала отделения, участие в консилиумах и экстренных мероприятиях.

Образование: высшее профессиональное образование по специализациям лечебное дело или педиатрия с ординатурой/интернатурой по направлению хирургия . Знания: законодательство, регламентирующее порядок оказания медицинской помощи, структуру и основы финансирования поликлиники, принципы работы с ОМС, нормативно-правовые акты, принятые в конкретной организации. Умения: разрабатывать план лечения и тактику ведения пациентов с хирургическими заболеваниями и (или) состояниями, определять медицинские показания для направления пациентов для оказания медицинской помощи в стационарных условиях или в условиях дневного стационара. Обязанности: амбулаторный приём пациентов по установленному администрацией графику, диагностика заболеваний, интерпретация результатов лабораторных исследований и проведение лечения, коррекция прописанной схемы с учётом изменения состояния больного и другие. Права: ставить диагнозы, выбирать методы диагностики и составлять комплексную лечебную программу, в рамках компетенции самостоятельно решать организационные вопросы, влияющие на работу хирургического кабинета, контролировать деятельность подчинённого персонала и другие. Требования к опыту практической работы: сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности Хирургия, прохождение обязательных предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований). Особые условия допуска к работе: отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленных законодательством Российской Федерации. Кроме того, врач-хирург должен соблюдать врачебную тайну, клятву врача, принципы врачебной этики и деонтологии в работе с пациентами, их законными представителями и коллегами.
